Stunning chateau, beautiful grounds. Peaceful setting. I was actually quite awed by the simplicity and yet the grandeur. Not ostentious or gaudy, very tasteful.

There is a bus stop in Margaux from Bordeaux. I will try to look for it in my phone and post it. The chateau Margaux is probably a 15-20 minute leisurely walk from this bus stop. Through some chateaus and vineyards... More

You could contact the Chateau directly using their contact page or you could get a wine tour to get you an visit. Slots are of a premium and at a shortage so book early
