with a bit of effort, by locals and resorts, to pick up the rubbish it would be much much better... The sunsets are a joy to watch from here

when we were there around september, it was not too crowded but the beach front accommodations were already full. however, eating by the beach with family while the kids play on the beach was still memorable. it was worth the long trip from dumaguete.

Also on the drive to/from the airport of Bacolod, you will pass by villages where they make creative sculptures and decorations from plastic waste. There is awareness... hopefully there will be more action.
