We went with our kids (between 8 and 15) and did a family raft tour. Great fun and well organized. With the older kids I went a little longer and rougher piece of the river. We had a blast.

If you are visiting the area, this should definitely be in your to do list. We did the Esera descent including the Las Piramides passages and it was awesome. The material was well kept, the safety instructions although very extensive shows how serious Eseraventura engages with customers. We had Alexander as guide and he made the descent really fun even getting us to flip over the raft. Although some of the passages are narrow and have adjacent rocks the descent felt safe and it was enjoyable all the way through. We got some great pictures at the end to keep as a reminder of a great experience. Must do!!!

I did the hidrospeed activity. It was very enjoyable and I would recommend it highly. Their English is good and the staff is extremely warm and helpful. The activity was very fun and thrilling, thanks to the wonderful guide who was very supportive and friendly. The only aspect the adventure lacked was a feeling of safety. During the activity, I did not feel secure and was not offered so much help with that. Hidrospeed is very difficult and you must be in good shape to succeed. I would recommend it to anyone who fits the description.

This year, due to heavy snow and rain fall, there was twice the amount of water in de Ésera as usual. Our first encounter with the awesome power of the river, consisted of a HydroSpeed adventure. It was spectacular, but definitely not for the faint of heart! With some apprehension, we returned the next day for our three-day-kayaking-course (the are more beckoning prospects, then being upside down in a washing machine while being stuck in a kayak). Our initial fears were undeserved, as our instructor - José Manuel Villellas Cortés - taught us step-by-step how to kayak (and swim and rescue the material :-) in a calm part of the river. The reward came the third day, when we descended part of the river. If you have the change of spending a couple of days with José, this is an offer you can’t refuse. He is in complete symbiosis with the river, a fun guy to be with, and his positive energy is a big as the high cliffs flanking the river.

I did rafting before and I have to say Noguera Pallaresa is faster than Esera. Despite this is a very good activity and the guides are awesome. Juat to note we were 30 min late to start because it was summer and extremely crowded. But we had lots of fun!

Muchas gracias por su opinión. Esperamos volverle a ver muy pronto por Eseraventura. En primavera, con el deshielo el río lleva más agua y es mucho más rápido. Un saludo y muchas gracias. Josero
