Lovely 15th century white marble well designed by Bernardo Rossellino is another charm of Pienza. Very photogenic spot of splendid Piazza Pio II.

I've visited here many times, but this year I came in May when the piazza and the well were decorated with flowers. There were vendors on the streets selling everything from succulents to peonies!

Such a beautiful of history and sculpture. The well has a central spot in the piazza of such wonderful little town.
