The Nile coming down with a tremendous power into a 6 m canion. Absolutely impressive...but a lot of people (including with children!) are moving too close to the edge of the rocks just to take the perfect picture or selfie! Extremely dangerous! Maybe it would...More

We parked at the top of the falls (30mins off the main road) and went to the platform where we were truly soaked. We had taken the boat on the previous day and honestly the views and experience that we had during the 20mins we...More

If you are in this area then you absolutely must see the falls. Beautiful. We came by boat and then followed an easy trail to the falls.

The parking lot looked quiet with no one around. There are 'squatty' bathrooms available near the parking lot. The short walk on a quite rocky path gives no indication that one of nature's most amazing waterfalls is up ahead. Take care as the rocks are...More

Took the boat trip run by Paraa Lodge. Turned out to be a good idea. We had the smallest and fastest boat which meant that we got to see all the crocs hippos and birds first - often scaring them off (I did feel a...More

What an amazing waterfall this is. And don't be fooled because it is actually two of them where Ururu is the youngest.

We were in Pakuba Safari Lofge. It was really nice. Their swimming pool area wasn’t ready that time (February 2018) but I guess it is now. I can recommend you this place.
