We visited Riveo in the winter with a group of 2 families and small children. The theme of Riveo is the river wildlife. There was a basic exhibition in the main building that provides some introduction on the how and what; but is fairly basic overall. The aquarium is not really big but does give a good opportunity to see the local river fish. In addition there is also a mini golf which was not open to us since it was winter. I do think this would have been a better experience if we were able to enjoy this as well. …

It was rainy, and we were just looking for a break. We happened to walk into this tiny little museum and probably stayed an hour. Perhaps we were extra lucky, but we had a wonderful docent who explained the river area to us. There is an exhibit even for small children. Again, it was a very small exhibit, but we found it to be scientifically interesting.…
