Love the stairs at the flow form waterfall. Just disappointed with the number of people who let their dogs run loose then conveniently “don’t see” their dog do it’s business. Time for leashes at the lake......

I always take the dog for a walk round the lake when we visit Cambridge. So many people to say hello too, plenty of things to photograph, ducks to watch, trees to admire..... A great spot to stretch your legs.

I go over here at least twice a year to photograph reflections of leaves in the lake. The water is brackish and so the reflections are quite unusual. Clear and sort of sinister. I have a long association with this lake because I went to...More

A hidden gem right in the middle of Cambridge. A lovely lake and picnic area with plenty of birdlife and ducks. There are even some upper level tracks for the more adventurous. Don't miss the waterfall plus rose gardens and art gallery at the top
