Raštel is connection between main square (Travnik) of contemporary Gorica / Gorizia and castle hill. Narrow road with some arcades and lines of Mediterranean houses keep the spirit of old times with few preserved local shops. Road, leading to the Raštel had many busy shops some years ago. It's very funny during some times of the year because there are special openings and you can party in the oldest buildings. Actually, it's one of my favourite streets!
