Needed to travel from Shannon to Galway but were in no rush so headed to Spanish Point and took the coast road north. This was a beautiful big beach with stunning views, could easily spend the day here if the weather was good.

I find this beach to be dirty as of late. Lots of rubish aeound it. Nice beach to walk on when the tide is out. About a 5 minute drive from Miltown Malbay.

Nice beach for a stroll, it is beautiful and clean and also has a blue flag. We enjoyed a nice breezy walk here! There is ample parking and you can also enjoy a swim at Spanish Point
