Popped in as it was included in the combined ticket bought at the Grand Masters' Palace. Some interesting paintings and bits of information. Great if you like history [or churches] due to the link with the Knights of St John.

Don’t expect a richly decorated church. Its beauty lies in its austerity. Enjoy the architecture of the church itself. Or the icons on display. Don’t miss the few murals that are left depicting the Virgin Mary, St. Lucia and various saints.

I would not recommend going out of your way to visit this, but if you purchased the all inclusive ticket, then you have access to this as well. It is nice to walk around in for a few minutes and definitely offers some shade. Nothing...More

Entry as part of the combined 10 Euro ticket, otherwise we would not have gone in and would have missed a delightful 10th century sanctuary! We sat for a few minutes and the feeling of peace was so strong that I could have gone to...More

Well done restoration of tge church, but the highlight is the collection of portable icons from the 16th to 18tg centuries inside. I can't believe that you can get so close to these beautiful art works, nothing is behind glass or roped off. It was...More

A peaceful oasis after the hustle and bustle of the Street of Knights. This old church formerly used by the Knights is a lovely short visit. The icon exhibit is beautiful and the building interior is wonderful. Look around carefully and some of the old...More

Romantic ruin of which only three arches remain. Worth an appropriate photograph but not a must see.

The ruins here still manage to convey the experience of an old beautiful church. We bought a combined ticket that gave us entry to the palace of the grand master , the archaeological museum, decorative arts collection and this church.
