Starting with a volcano and ending with current population highlights this museum helped me to bring the area's history together concisely. Pre colombian artifacts and petroglyphs are the highlight. Most labels were bilingual. Perfect sized museum for kids and for the region. Recommended.

If you get the chance to go to the Anton Valley, take it! Beautiful views! You'll see the life of Panama, you'll hear about their history and you'll see their beautiful artisanal creations!

We had a nice stroll through the valley and into the tropical forest including walking on suspended bridges and we also visited the animal care shelter for animals with injuries. You'll love it!
