Unless your objective for the day extends no further than to walk down to the beach from Arraial d'Ajuda down and flop down on the first available patch of sand, I see little to recommend this place. The beach is fringed at the shoreline with...More

Walked the beach and stopped for beers and food. Nice and relaxing 😎 Quiet family friendly, service is good. The venders on the beach respectful.

One of the nicest beaches in the region. Fine sand and warm water, a good choice to pass the day with your family.

This is a nice beach but because it is the easiest to access from downtown Arraial, it is also the one with most people. If you are looking for a more quiet still pretty beach try Pitinga :)

Mucugê is a good beach and it depends on the tide, but in general is good for swimming, clean water. Good places to stay and enjoy the day. It is near to the main places in Arraial.

Beautiful beach with white sands. Great for a sunny day, with nice vendors and great bars. Just be aware of the corals at the sea ground. Tread carefully.
