Attended brilliant Pilates classical matwork class. Felt fantastic for rest of day. Great teaching,challenging work but very safe. Classes also available for beginners. Would really like to attend regularly and use the equipment the too.

I've been a client of Stourbridge Pilates Rooms and Rebecca Thiym for over 5 years and each time I go I can't wait to go back! The mat and reformer classes are tailored to your own strengths and weaknesses and are never, ever boring. Becky seems to bring out the best in me and I can't praise her teaching enough. Whilst being very professional the classes are also fun - what more could you want?!…
