This place is absolutely amazing. Different varieties of routes set up for travelers to go from village to village. Different scenes and terrains. Couldn't ask for more. Portuguese food is superb!!!!!. One of BEST cuisines. Fresh air, scenery, food, animals and history. Can't beat it

Not sure that you really need a guidebook/map. All kinds of info is available online at the rota Vicentina website. You have to join to login but it is all free info. You can upload the stages/maps onto a gps map program... More
