Passed by several times during the day and the place seems so peaceful and very clean. During the night, Tempura and other food varieties are being sold here.

We ate at tempurahan area during night time. The place was stinking d ue to garbage and spoiled food scatterred everywhere. There were streetchildren taking turns to beg or ask for food that we didnt have privacy and felt unsafe..

I wasn't that impressed w/ the boulevard. It was nothing out of the ordinary plus sections of the attraction were under construction during our visit so it was pretty chaotic.

The place is a nice spot at night, locals come out and are all very friendly creating a nice atmosphere. There are a few fish stalls for a snack/light meal and some massage stops along the beachfront starting at 50peso per 20 minute rub.

A nice place for a stroll, a few stalls for the market and a cheap public massage place at the end. About 500m from end to end

Unfortunately the "I Love Dumaguete" sign was damaged from a storm before we arrived and it has been removed to be repaired but still a nice place for a walk.
