This simply is the way cinema should be. Great little theatres, excellent staff, fabulous chocolate brownies at intermission (yes they have one), comfortable seats - thanks guys and girls it was an enjoyable evening.

My family of four went to Cinema Paradiso one evening whilst staying in Wanaka. Apart from the comfy chairs and great menu there was a lovely welcoming family feel to this place that took me back to cinemas of my childhood. Interval was a novelty...More

Read about this place a long time ago but never had chance to visit. Being in Wanaka again I had to check it out and I wasn't disappointed. The cinema rooms are nice and cosy and the interval cookies are amazing!

Awesome place to visit. Loved the seating options. The huge warm biscuits at intermission were delicious. A fun time out for all ages.

A wonderful independent cinema, with really cozy seating and lovely staff. The best bit is the freshly baked mid interval cookies

Loved our night at the movies in this quirky little cinema. We had pizza before we went in and hot cookies at intermission (yum!) and the couches were so comfortable its just as well the movie was good or we would have fallen asleep!

A cinema with a difference. Comfortable sofa’s, beer and mulled wine on tap. An Interval half way through the movie to get another drink or giant warm home made cookies. You should make time to go to the Paradiso Cinema.
