The church is worth a visit, it is right in downtown Laoag. There is a parking lot surrounding the church which takes away from the exterior beauty. The church is huge and one of many beautiful churches in Ilocos Norte.

St. William's Cathedral is near Laoag Sinking Bell Tower. Since it's near, it doesn't hurt to pay a visit and say a prayer. :)
