The beach is full of plastic bottles, cups and all other sorts of rubbish. There are stray dogs making even a bigger mess, digging in garbage for scraps of food. I’m so disappointed, as I hoped to have some quality beach time in Ngapali.... will...More

Amazing. One of the best beaches I've ever been and I've been to quite a lot of beaches. It's quiet, it's peaceful.... It's an ideal destination for relaxation! PS: Not suitable for people who are looking for night life tho.

It’s early enough in the low season that hotels and restaurants are still open, but the water is super murky. No point in snorkeling, and too hot to lie on the beach all day. Still a decent beach but nothing like the pictures.

Clean warm water, gorgeous surroundings, people are so warm and open, very safe. There can be an occasional jelly fish sting.

We have been visiting the northern end of Ngapali beach for several years around the Amazing Ngapali Resort. The hotel beach is looked after by the hotel staff and is pristine. A 3 km walk down to the Mermaid by the Army R&R buildings is...More
