Didn't know anything about CAVU (Ceiling and Visibility Unlimited), which reflects the owner's career in the military. Very nice white and rose to start the tasting, then absolutely great Barbera and really nice constructed Reds. Gorgeous art gallery with rotating artists. Really a worthwhile stop
