The captain and staff were extremely experienced and knowledgeable about equipment gear and wind currents and also made sure we had plenty of fun. We had a rough windy day but the staff were alert to not allow it from subtracting from our experience. I went with my elderly parents (sixties) and siblings (thirties) and we all had a great time. My biggest concern was safety but with all the safety protocols and gear, I felt extremely comfortable with them. They also had a photo option and made sure everyone had enough time in the air. I have gone one other time in Mexico but this was even more fun and safer! HIGHLY recommend, especially if you want to do a different Hawaii sport from in the water! Some pointers: - bring vaccination or negative test proof - arrive early to do your paperwork - wear sunscreen - ask for the crew's photo option if you want a professional photo so you don't worry about losing your phone in the water - schedule earlier appointments in the morning as the winds got rougher later in the day and the later slots had to be cancelled

Such an awesome experience! It was our first time parasailing but the crew made us feel safe, and were also extremely funny and entertaining. The entire trip out and back was a ton of fun and the parasailing part was better then I had imagined! A must-do with Hawaiian Parasail.

Captain Jack and his crew were awesome! They give clear and concise instructions. It was my family’s first time to parasail and I would do it again with them given the chance! It is an amazing experience! Five stars!

The parasailing experience itself was great, had never done it and certainly would do it again. Not that this mattered to us that much but the reservation says that a lot of Covid safety protocols will be taken like checking vaccine cards and mask wearing but none of that was done. Our main issue of concern was the condition of our captain, I believe his name was Jason. As soon as he got on the boat we could tell he was under the influence of something, if not drunk. He was slurring speech, couldn’t keep balance at all times and was making jokes about sharks, the parachute ripping, basically anything relating to safety. There was only four of us on the boat and we could tell the other two girls on the boat with us clearly were not very confident and comfortable with what was going on and what was being said and if his job is to make his customers feel safe and comfortable, he certainly did not do that. For the amount of money you pay for a short trip, you expect professionalism and that is not what we experienced. He got us up in the air fine, we got back to the boat just fine, but he had a little fun at our expense by letting us crash into the water two times which probably was a little unnecessary. Overall I felt the experience was good but could have been a lot better if our captain had acted in a more professional manner. My wife and I were fine and took the jokes as they came but I can see a lot of customers not being very confident about what is going on and they need the reassurance that things are going to go OK. Please take whatever steps necessary to ensure this for future guests.

Aloha Evan, Jason has been working for me for nearly 2 decades and I know him very well, I can assure you that he was not under the influence of anything, he is just that way and always has been. He talks like that and makes jokes because that is his way of trying to entertain all that come out. Not all people take the same joke the same way that others might take it but he makes very good tips and gets excellent reviews and compliments all the time. I am really happy that you took the time to mention what you observed and I will certainly continue to give him as well as all my captains and crew random drug testing that is conducted by my membership with the company Maritime Consortium. I take comments such as yours very seriously and again appreciate your doing such. Mahalo and Aloha.
