First time in the Newport, Rhode Island area and we needed to get our bearings situated and we found the visitor center from google maps. This place was very helpful and the clerks gave us plenty of information especially the tennis hall of fame.

We stopped here to pick up our mansion tour. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It also serves as the bus terminal for Peter Pan (the bus company and not the Disney character). Lots of brochures and a handy bathroom.

On the help portal, they offer free sunglasses for taking a free survey. But they never emailed instructions to getting them, and I checked multiple times that I put the correct email.

THe nice people here are ready to answer all of the tourist questions you may have about trolley tours, times, etc. I like the big circular desk with lots of people ready and waiting!
