The badlands area in North Dakota's Theodore Roosevelt National Park is different from the badlands in South Dakota but it is still interesting and presents quite the view nonetheless. Love the badlands in North AND South Dakota.

One of the many short walks takes you to the precipice of this magnificent overlook view. The paved walk is only about one block long, and the overlook's view is well worth the effort. Parking is ample, and signs easily identify this top attraction.
