While visiting our sons who attend NAU, we wanted a place for an early morning walk/job. Our son recommended Buffalo Park. It is a very nice little area, flat, with the mountains as a backdrop. The main trail is about a two mile loop. To...More

this park was only a 5 min drive from our B&B. Parking was free, it got very dark, and the stars were amazingly bright.

Went here with our three young boys and had great fun hike. The exercise stations make it fun for kids and the setting is very pretty. Highly recommend if you're in flagstaff for a few days and want an easy trail or jog the loop...More

We were looking for things to do in Flagstaff and found this free park. It is easy to get to, no problems with parking and offers great views of the San Francisco peaks. It is perfect for a beginning hiker as the trails are flat....More

Visited this park on trip to see my Grandson at NAU. Very nice and beautiful park with good paths to walk on. Got to see a lot of deer. Mountain views were outstanding. Nice place to walk or run.

Took a 40 minute walk here today along the trail which started and finished in the car park. Enjoyed the tranquility. This place is ideal for walking or running and there are exercise options along the trail.

We stopped here for a quick walk before Spa apts we booked in town. The local people seem to use it for daily runs, meet ups, dog walks. It's a picturesque flat 2 mile loop. Very nice!

Need to burn a few calories or get a run in before/after work. This park is ideal. Its local/close and not far from the hospital, lots of parking, a safe area and gorgeous views of the mtns. It's a gem for a quick workout.

This is a nice park close to town. It's a great place for a cross country event. The parking can get quite crowded close by so be prepared to walk quite a ways to get to the entrance.
