Tlingit Native Dancers enter with beautiful regalia, mesmerizing the audience with ancient songs handed down through generations of these first Sitka peoples. The performance begins with the resonating sound of the box drum and the aroma of burning cedar in a traditional style Tlingit Clan House. Learn a few words of Tlingit and see one of the Pacific NW's largest carved house screens.

The native youth and dancers put on a great show. The EMC was even funny. Nothing not to like. A historical mock up of an authentic native lodge.

Lots of Tlingit young people (and some adults) in their native costumes dancing like crazy. You get a little bit of culture, a lot of drums, and an invitation to join in the dancing. (Do it!)

We easily got tickets to this 30 minute show of native dancers. Love that it is all native run and performed. It's great that the tribe can share their culture with others in this way. Loved the dance and the Tlingit people sharing their culture....More

in the dances make this special. The replica of a traditional house and the use of ceremonial dress make this short performance well worthwhile.

The show started out slow but picked up after the first act. A very authentic experience put on by volunteers. We enjoyed it and would recommend it to people visiting the area.

This was one of the highlights of our trip. Thoroughly entertaining. The venue was excellent. Not a bad seat in the house. So wonderful to see culture being handed down thru the generations. Loved the toddler with the binky! Highly recommend!
