One of our favorite attractions in Albuquerque. They always have something for everyone. Fun to watch the kids in awe!

This is a combo-ticket location, together with the zoo, botanic gardens, and bug-arium. Not huge, but good fun and an excellent value compared to bigger cities.

We got through the aquarium in 30-45 minutes, at the most an hour, stopping briefly at all the fish tanks and other displays. The two huge fish tanks they had were super nice and are the main attraction. Families with young children will probably enjoy...More

We bought the combo pass to the zoo and biopark which includes the train. The aquarium was very crowded as it was a busy Sunday, but we just waited our turn. The tanks were super fun. My granddaughter was mesmerized by the fish. She liked...More

We went on a Sunday which was expectedly SUPER crowded. We had planned on walking around Old Town but weather blew in so we were looking for an indoor activity instead (and so was everyone else apparently). The exhibits were fine—nothing to write home about...More

Much like the ABQ zoo, this aquarium could easily hold its own when compared to larger cities. Previous reviews complain of price, which in comparison to other venues I’ve been to is quite fair in my opinion. The cost is not just for the aquarium...More

This is a cute aquarium, but definitely not one of the larger aquariums I've been to. We went because we bought a combo ticket that gets you into several of the ABQ BioPark attractions. Honestly, I enjoyed the Botanical Garden a lot more, but the...More

Even people from cities with major aquariums are impressed with ours! It's education, semi-interactive, and nice way to get out of the heat.

I am not as big of fan of the aquarium, as I am the zoo. I have been to a lot of aquariums, and this one is just average. Love the jelly fish though.

It's possible, but it depends on what kind of experience you want. You can just run through everything real quick if you want to rush. I like to take more time to see things. You'll probably miss the scheduled feedings of... More
