Really enjoyed our visit. Great space inside and out (outside is huge and has some toys for kids). Beer was good and so was the service. The brick-oven pizza was yummy.

This place was so good that we ate there twice while in town. Pizza is excellent, all the beers we tried were very good, and their s'mores stout went perfectly with the brownie sundae. They had some live music Saturday night and they've got a...More

This is a beautiful space (some outdoor, lots indoor) with huge pizza oven. Was stopping in for brief beer, but deeply regretted not being there for dinner--the pizzas were rolling and looked amazing. Beer was well-crafted--interesting nitro version of a white ale.

Awesome place that handcrafts not only their own beer but pizza as well. The pizza was a little pricey but, again, all made right there so that's okay now and again. Pricey but far and above pizza such as...say Little Caeser's. My friend and I...More

I make it down to Trapezium every couple months and find the experience to be satisfying. The wood-fired pizza dough is tossed behind the bar and covered in a variety of cheeses and toppings. My personal favorite is the Monterey – mozzarella, prosciutto, figs, goat...More

The beer selection is pretty good. I only tried one sampler, but nothing was bad. Prices are great. The pizza is excellent. Very quality tasting ingredients. The building itself is typical of breweries coming about in the last couple years. Minimalist, in an old warehouse,...More

Brent, thanks for visiting! We're glad you enjoyed the pizza and beer. The building is an old ice and coal factory from the early 1900s. It was pretty beat up when we took possession, but we were able to salvage some of the original elements...More

Trivia Night is a blast! Glad you enjoyed it, and our new menu items. We brew ALL of our beer on site, actually just on the other side of the brick wall in the taproom. Hope you'll come see us again soon!
