Walk all over the town. In passing we saw this and stopped. Hige anchors and other sites. Not a complete museum.

This small museum is quaint and exhibits not only navel artifacts but also mariner related paintings. Worth a brief visit.

Former naval fort turned into a charming museum telling the history of Cuba's colonisation and ending with the obligatory paean to the revolution. Some interesting artefacts, funny operetta architecture and very friendly staff.
