Interesting waterfall..worth the visit
Nov 2021 • Couples
I would recommend that individuals who drive to this place rely partly on sat navigation and follow the signs.

There have been complaints about parking charges but the cost is currently £5 and not what people said here.

If you are lucky before going further to the waterfall, you can park outside for free! Unfortunately, it was busy so I had to pay the £5.

Another word of warning is that the roads leading to the waterfall is very narrow. I had an idiot tailgating near my car and the idiot did not know that the single lane became a problem when an ongoing car came. As a recommendation, do not tailgate the person and drive slow!

Now, without spoiling much, the view is fantastic! Enjoy it!

The area to take pictures is quite slippy and can be a bit muddy too.

£10 to park, its a joke!!!
Oct 2021
Extremely expensive parking at £10 in a muddy field, and extortionate cafe, you also have to pay 40p to use the disgusting filthy toilet, not sure if this is legal when you pay £8 for a sandwich. This may be to pay for the religious retreat, but not sure. The waterfall is impressive, the whole day let down by money grabbing landowners, wont go again as there are plenty more places to visit in more welcoming Wales, I advise not to visit

A natural wonder

The waterfalls themselves are impressive. Even in summer, when the water is low, it puts on an impressive show.

Access is via a narrow single track road with passing places, so don't take your Winnebago. At the end of the road is a cafe which offers a few nice dishes and a place to sit to look at the falls. Beware though, the cafe charges £5 for parking, £7.80 for a cheese and onion panini and £2.80 for a coffee. Oh, and 40p if you want to use the toilet. It is a well oiled operation for removing your money.

The climb to the top of the falls is steep and not for the faint hearted, but it is worth the effort.
