I grew up in NJ and never knew anything about this museum. I visited last week and my dad recommended we take a drive to see it. We especially enjoyed the train exhibit, the musical instrument demonstration and the special book art exhibit. Really interesting...More

Took my two preschool grandsons to the Morris Museum last week. Anything and everything is fun for preschoolers so we made it work but....THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR HANDS-ON FOR KIDS. I think older kids would find it even more frustrating. For example... DINOSAURS...they have...More

We stopped by after visiting it two years ago. And it was just as wonderful as I remembered it. I love the automata and music machine collection. That will keep drawing me there.

this is wonderful museum. it has terrific permanent exhibits that can please the whole family! It also usually does a terrific job with its temporary exhibits. I have always enjoyed my visits here.

Small, but well curated. The permanent collection of gemstones is a pleasant surprise. There are also some Native American items on exhibit.

Even for 60 year oldies it was interesting . Children will love it because most of the exhibits are inter-active. So you press buttons at the railway station , the dinasaur area and the music rooms and get the thrill of a child. Its informative...More

Children under 3 enter free. Also if you are a Bank of America card holder you can take advantage of their museums on us program where the first weekend every month is free for card holders.

Check website for the prices for admission. It looks like a child over 3 years is a $7.00 charge. I advise to go on the Thursday where you just make a donation of your choice. It may be the 3rd Thursday of the month... More
