Rapu Rapu Island helps some municipalities in Albay from the possible damage of storm surge. The Island is best for nature lovers and adventure-seekers. You just need extra bucks to reach the place as public transportation is difficult in this place.

I was able to get to this place, specifically in Brgy Galicia.. How would I start? oh well.. the place was really far from pollution and third world technology.. theres a certain spot that you need to go if you need to send text message...More
