This place has fabulous rock formations that are great for walking, stairs down to a viewing area where you can watch the waves crash. Great day out on a beautiful day.

It's very windy all the time, but worthy to fight with the strong wind and sprayed sea water. There's a restaurant at the end of the road, you can see a great view on the roof of that restaurant.

Amazing geological formations and views to the Berlengas islands. Some stairs in strange places, probably for daring fishermen. Parking and cafe with wc

It doesn't take long to get there, just follow the signs when you come off of IP6 and it is so worth it. You are heading to the least populous side of Peniche along an oceanside road with views so amazing that you (and everyone...More

Great spot to take some beautiful photos of the Atlantic crashing into the rocks on the point... the rock formations are unique and are fun to explore... with kids you need to ensure that they explore safely... worth seeing

Beautiful view across the sea to the islands one side, and along the coast of Portugal on the other. Would recommend going right to the edge of the rocks as there are some caves cut into the rocks underneath that you can only see if...More

This is a few min drive from Peniche, a coastal road driving next to the coast sculpted by the sea and wind. There are not many spots open but several closed and in ruin fishing houses and, at the end a light house. Although there...More

The weather was not good when we went, pretty windy and cloudy. Even with the fog and dark clouds, we could get some good pictures and during a sunny and clear day, this would be a good spot to take some great pics. There is...More

Must to come and see a sunset if you stay in Peniche or around it. We was with a car (good road), but it's possible to come and on foot, just a bit far away. Take a bottle of wine or champagne and come earlier,...More

After looking around Peniche went to Cabo Carvoeiro. Excellent find, with easy walk over cliff tops to see magnificent rock formations being pounded by Atlantic Ocean. Free parking.
