Very nice, restored, 16th century building converted to a hotel. Located on the outskirts of Milan away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. Walking distance to the metro and large shopping area. We had an upgraded room that was very charming with exposed wooden beams that appeared to be from the original structure. The restaurant area was very nice, and the food was good. Food seemed a bit overpriced but to be expected for a hotel of this type. Breakfast also had a nice selection. However, I wish hotels would quit trying to put out scrambled eggs as they never seem to be quite what they should be.

A couple of minor glitches that I am noting just to make people aware. Nothing that would keep me from staying there again. The restaurant made two mistakes with our dinner but compensated on our bill. Make sure you have electrical adapters as the hotel cannot provide them in spite of what is advertised in the in-room list of services.

Very helpful English-speaking staff especially the woman in the bar near the reception area.

Overall, a great place to stay.

A very nice Hotel in the middle of the park full of greenery with highly organized groups of staff attentive to guests needs.
The food is excellent, Italian specialties. I liked it very much and would love to return back.

It’s one of the worst hotel I ever stayed.
I only spent 2 nights but it was a nightmare.
Every day I had to change my key as it was working anymore.
Every morning I faced issues with the water.
The first one I had no hot water. The only solution was to go to another room to take my shower but at least it was on the same floor.
The second one it was worst; no water at all and again I had to take my shower in another room but this time in a different floor.
I spent my mornings in a bath room going from a room to another.
For a 4 stars hotel and a Hilton it’s simply unacceptable.
Even if I was a Hilton honor member they never really apologized during checkout nor offering any compensation, NOTHING!!!!

Attended an awards ceremony and then dinner. This was served at 7 dinner stations spread around the building. The venue was spectacular, the food god, but the service lacking. After dinner we went downstairs and ended the night on the dance floor.

Had a business event at Villa Torretta. About 60 people.
We had an aperitif outside, it was a lovely evening and atmosphere was great. When we moved inside, the room was great, with original wall decoration and very high ceiling. Service was average. Typical catering service, where everything is scheduled and automated with very little feeling or human touch...

My first impressions were a bit muted as building was renovated and turned into a hotel in 2002 - it has done 14 hard service since then. I had a good sized suite for £159 - it didn't look as wow as the website but certainly very good value for money.

The staff were great and the barman very friendly, the service was quick and efficient. When I asked for a whiskey after a long day, he poured a very generous helping and muttered 'I think that's a double' with a big smile and then he insisted he brought it to my room - It arrived promptly with a selection of crisps, snacks and belinis!

Exploring more of the hotel made you realize how old this place really is and some of the beautiful architectural features combined with modern comforts.
