A great Art Gallery that is comprised and run by local artists. Historical adobe building. James Cagny and John Hilton used to paint here.

We enjoyed seeing some of the art of local artists. Two weekends in October they sponsor a driving art in the area with many stops at the studios of local artists. Unfortunately the weekend we were at Joshua Tree was not one of them. If...More

Thank you for your kind review. We hope you'll be able to return during the basin's big, 2-weekend art event in 2018 to experience one of our best basin-wide arts events.

We had been caught in a huge downpour (8/11), and there were flash floods or deep standing water everywhere, so we were stuck in the car. As the sun slowly came out, and we creeped along an inch at a time on the road, we...More

My mother traveled to 29 Palms in 1938 to "do art." She was mostly into watercolors. The very clear blue skies, clean air, desert plants and animals have drawn artists here for years. This gallery is a very good representation of local artists.
