History of the Kazanlak region in exhibits from prehistoric, Thracian (for example from Seuthopolis), Roman, Middle Ages, to the present. The implications from recent Thracian finds appear to rewrite history. You may be able to talk to an archaeologist who worked on Thracian archaeological sites.

There are 2 tickets , I only paid for Museum, maybe on a wet day I would have visited Gallery also. This is a great museum from Neolithic pottery to the Wars of Independence, but the highlight is the goods from the tombs.

If you are around the Kazanlak go to the museum. The finds from Thracian town of Seuthopolis are displayed in three separate halls. The inventory from tha tomb of Sevt 3 /Thracian king/ are situated there. I recommend this museum.
