St. Anton is well known for skiing in winter times, but summer is also really nice here. There are good restaurants serving delicious Austrian food and you can go on hikes on several mountains.

We went for skiing in January. Weather was poor, many slopes where closed and those which were open where awfully crowded. I understand, that you can't choose the weather, but the biggest surprise was really unfriendly service in restaurant. I have gluten free diet, and...More

As a summer visitor I liked (but didn't love) St. Anton and rate many other Austrian resorts higher. Complaints about lift prices are ridiculous - apart from the free (1 day lifts, all week buses) Summercard you can get a 3/4/5 day pass for very...More

Plenty of trails available. Make sure you use your Free summer card to best advantage as otherwise ski lifts are expensive.

Have been many times for the snow but this was our first summer visit. It was absolutely stunning scenery wise and the highlight was taking ebikes to Verwall lake. The lake is tourquoise blue and so clear you can see the fish swimming. Although there...More

The off piste is brilliant but there is a big but the quality of on piste is terrible. The blue run back to the Arlberg lift is a disgrace. Unsafe. Badly crowded and mogulled For free ride unmatched but go elsewhere if you like your...More

St. Anton is absolutely amazing! Endless runs, you can ski from town to town which was really cool. The only line we encountered was when we wanted to get to the top of Valuga - all other lifts were very quick to get on, which...More

In my opinion one of the best places to ski in Europe, specially if you like off piste. Opening of new lifts has made it even more accessible.

This can be warmly recommended for all type of skiers. Lot of choises for experienced skiers as well. The best slopes of the whole area were in St Anton itself if you like challenges, speed, good selection of slopes for every skills. Also off-piste possibilities...More

I don't think it really matters if it is school holidays - you'll be hanging out at the Mooserwirt, Taps/Krazy Kangaruh (near the bottom of the piste) or a club in the Village (sorry - can't remember their names) and the... More

There will be no snow. For biking and hiking it will be good, but better in the summer. Lots of rain in that period.
