The mission of Mid-America Science Museum is to stimulate interest in science, to promote public understanding of the sciences, and to encourage life-long science education through interactive exhibits and programs. The Museum also serves as a premier tourism attraction in Arkansas. The purpose of Mid-America Science Museum is to explain scientific knowledge and concepts to the public through interactive exhibits, activities, workshops, and educational programs. The Museum seeks to stimulate a lifelong interest in science, spark curiosity, reshape attitudes and stir the imagination. A great place for kids and grownups alike. I take my 5-year-old there weekly and he never gets tired of the place. Very helpful and friendly staff. Can't wait for the DinoTrek walk to open on Memorial Day Weekend 2018..

Traveled with kids ranging from 4 to 17 and they all found something that they enjoyed doing. The staff was helpful and the admission was reasonable.

We enjoyed all the hands on activities at this museum. Our 2 year was entertained even though this museum is definitely more appropriate for older kids. We did the tesla show, and I wish we would have skipped it with kids our ages (baby/toddler). It...More

We decided to stop while on our way to Texas. This museum exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed the skywalk. I do wish the gift shop would have more unique items for purchase.

Thank you so much for continuing to be a member and for bringing the grandchildren! The museum wouldn't be able to offer its year-round educational programs without your support! Come back and see us Memorial Day Weekend for the Oaklawn Foundation DinoTrek opening!
