MEXX the Cooking School is so much more than a 'Cooking School' - it's a place of inspiration, a place to meet new people and experience new feelings - to reawaken the senses and to give you more confidence to broaden an existing repertoire of dishes. Whatever it does for you, we can guarantee that the experience will send you away with more than you bargained for, whether it's food or ideas, it really is great 'take home value'. MEXX the Cooking School offers a one day practical hands - on course, demonstrations, Team Building or Private Evening Class that have been created for EVERYONE. Our philosophy regarding preparing and cooking food in our class is simple. We believe a hand - on training in the kitchen is the best way to learn how to cook. We also like you to be able to cook all dishes yourself at home by using our well described and exact recipes as guidance. For this reason we only show you the Indonesian way of preparing and cooking with traditional equipment, but we will cook with normal cooking/kitchen ware which every western Kitchen is equipped with. There will be no need for you to buy any additional expensive cooking utensils to prepare the dishes when you are at home. Let's get started and be ready to have some fun together.
