It's a lovely beach but unfortunately you don't get a minutes peace from people selling things. Unless you pretend to be asleep they don't take no for an answer. The woman just sit down with you and keep putting things on you. I know you...More

Good place to watch the sunset from the many bars that adorn the beach area along with Reston and sun lounges for hire too. Clean Toilets available at the Padma St end for a nominal fee. Not the best beach but there’s plenty of life...More

This beach was right across the street from our resort. I was pleased to see it so clean. Apparently, there has been an effort by the locals to keep it cleaner and it shows.

The beach area was clean compared to when I was here at Christmas. The lounges we hired were well kept. The owner kept cleaning his beach area, which is great

Something needs to be done. Rubbish is bad. If only tourists could be encouraged to pick up rubbish as they go. So many straws! I am so sad.

We go down and watch the sunsets. Beach a,ways busy with surfers, kids and joggers. Clean for this time of the year, but that's thanks to the folk that walk and pick it up. Thank you.

Yes. Plenty of places either on the beach or just behind would bite your arm off to help you celebrate. SKAI Beach Club at Padma Legian would make a good venue.

There will be one of the locals willing to show you how to surf at any of the surf board rentals, negotiate a price directly with them.
