as for beaches I would say it's fairly nice! there's a lot of black sand so I am not sure sure why its called a white beach but it was nice to go relax and get a massage in the beach chairs!

A nice place to visit and is what it says on the tin. A large expanse of white (ish!) sandy beach. We only came on our way back to our hotel so just walked up and down the beach. We were however fortunate enough to...More

We stopped for a while from Lempuyang temple. The atmosphere is very beautiful and the beach is amazing. Especially enjoy the scenery here, tiredness is not felt with fresh beach air. Lots of cold drink and some snacks sellers around the beach.

Best viewed above the water. Snorkling not the best due to litter visible under the water Good to spend a few hours cooling off on sandy beach with sunbeds, drinks and food when needed.

Lovely place to spend time relaxing,or swimming, boating etc. A safe beach. Restaurant is there if you are hungry, chairs to relax in and the view is amazing.

The view approaching this beach is amazing and on arrival, it lives up to expectations. It cost us IDR300,000 (less than AUD30) to hire a driver for about five hours from Candidasa including a visit to the old village of Tengagan Ada. The approach to...More

Clear waters and beautiful beach. Get a taxi to take you by road down to the beach, there is a hut selling drinks and renting out sun lounges. If you get there in the morning the fisherman carry their boats in and bring their catch...More

Accessible only by scooter or better by outrigger boat. Some local bali style restaurants. Wonderful white sandy beach surrounded by tropical nature.

Depends on how fit they are. It's a 5 to 10 minute walk down from the parking area via a rather bad road. No steps but not ideal if you have bad legs or walk with a stick... BUT the locals provide a scooter taxi up and down... More

there is a fee to enter the village area above the beach, many places in Bali have this as the village has to maintain the roads but we did not pay to park
