Snorkeling equipment, glass bottom kayaks, umbrellas and beach chairs available. I think $10 for the day. Family staff close by. Not too crowded. Reasonable cafe right there. Also beach front rental units, but not sure of the prices. Try the Eraq, a local alcohoilc drink...More

Would definitely recommend it here if you want to swim or snorkel straight from the shore. Very easy access to the sea. Only did not give 5* because the sun beds are too expensive if you just want an hour there. My wife sat in...More

Very quiet place, with good coral and couple of restaurants which provide sunbeds, food and more. Good for relaxing day in amed.

We stayed in Coral View Villas and had snorkelling at our door step on Lipah Beach. Few other great snorkelling spots in the same area as well, which is a shorter away. Saw a great variety of fish and even a sea turtle at dusk!

Saw some cool fish diving at Lipah beach, we saw a few lionfish and some sting rays. The coral was quite dead in the area but there were a couple of nice spots.

Pretty good for swimming though there is coral not far out. Amazing easy snorkeling, you get lost in another world! Or take a kayak with glass window on the bottom to go further and even easier! It's pretty reasonably priced, Amed is generally less expensive...More
