Very pleasantly surprised as to how good the diving is here. Great variety, and the addition of the artificial reefs (especially the "gallery" of statues) is a very nice surprise. But the combination of sand and coral is very very good. Probably prefer the dive...More

There is good snorkelling straight from the beach. We did not eat in the restaurant but only had a drink so were charged for the sun beds but it was very cheap so worthwhile.

Jemeluk is a black volcanic stone-beach with some great snorkeling, especially on the right side. There's some warungs there with sunbeds that you can use for free as long as you buy drinks or food at the warung, and you can also rent snorkeling equipment...More

We have been back to Jemeluk Beach many times and will continue to do so. A wonderful sheltered cove, with pristine, clear water, great little local restaurants, services and massages. The snorkelling (and diving) is great, with a vast array of coloured fish, an underwater...More

If you did not look for information on Jemeluk Beach on the internet before you get there, you would not be so impressed with the place at the first sight - it is a black rock beach (volcano rocks) with some ordinary local restaurants and...More

nice little dive spot, night dive was more interesting than the day dive for me. Beach is easily accessible. Views are great, especially from the sunset point overlooking it. worth a visit - even if you don't dive or snorkel. Tranquil place.

Jemeluk is calm and well secluded , pictures of it from the sunrise point are world known. Consisting of mainly pebbles and volcano rock it’s a little hard to walk along and is well frequented by those looking for a sheltered spot for snorkeling ,...More

Even in rainy season it's pretty easy to get to the coral and fish. There are great warungs serving food and drinks, you can get a massage, the vendors selling crafts are a little aggressive, there are always boats to watch...
