Great scuba (we took lessons), picturesque boats, fishermen, little bars where you could have a cold drink and sit under an umbrella. Sadly, the beach & shallow water are littered with trash...the beach is dark pebbles, not sand - so it's not a 'sunbathing' place...More

An interesting experience to visit a beach where it doesn't fit the criteria of an ideal beach where the sand is not white but black. Sure its hot during the midday, humid. Jemeluk is famous for its snorkeling experiences. Paying snorkeling trip is mot necessarily...More

Jemeluk beach us is a grey sand/stone beach situated in a bay. You don't really need water shoes. It's easy to walk into the sea barefooted. Snorkeling until sunset. At most other places along the shores of Amed it's only possible to go snorkeling until...More

Great and rich coral reefs and black sandy beach. Little bit more people, but it is OK as the reef is huge.

This place is good for learning diving, the water was calm so you can practive your shore entry. But, if you more into sandy beach, this place is not for you. The sand was black, because of that, water clarity is better.

The title says it all. Heaps of fish, stingrays, and a few turtles over at the Pyramids. Beautiful place to dive in paradise.

We used sunbeds of Sama Sama bungalows, is free when you eat in their restaurant. Plenty of fish, lots of dead coral.
