This is a small fort 6 kms from kanyakumari.amazing view .A portion of the fort extends in to the sea.good to visit during morning time or evening.better to avoid during noon .Restroom facility needs to improve a lot.

One of historical places around Kanyakumari. It can be reached by personal vehicle or hired auto at reasonable prices. One of Fort of Travancore empire those times. Adjacent to black sand beach. Fort extends into beach which offers great views.

The place is built to protect those who go deep sea to get pearls ... Later is under control of Pandian king ... Kerala kings have also used them

This is very old fort not very big. Best part is it's location which is very peaceful. It's one end extends in the sea and other end is hill..you get very beautiful view of sea and can feel cool breeze.

it is old barrack type of small enclosure built for protecting the port. nothing much to see but the sea view from top is very good. high breeze blowing at the site. we enjoyed. on the way they charge rs 20 by the panchayat. one...More
