These are not to be missed Buddhist caves dating back to around 2nd BC. It has one of the oldest Chaitya or meeting hall. There are really wonderful carvings.

Karla Caves is beautiful place but need to careful for reaching there. There are risky staircase to reach the caves. This is a historical place.

This place is actually a godly place but while going up all you can see is chicken waste, bones and plastic.. drunk people's spot. Took my foreign friend.. never liked the place.. Can witness the anceint caves..

It is best time to visit lonavala as there is beatiful weather with little rain & fog everywhere. Fog is so dense that you cannot se anything ahead. Amazing experience.

MSTC has a outlet at the gate, they charge 20₹ per head for entry and 40₹ for entry to take pics

Sooty can go up to the car park by road. After that the steps start and one had to walk.

Parking cost is INR 10/- they take some tourist charge of INR 30/- and then upstairs they charge something around 15 for museum visit.
