First time zipline experience that will be hard to match. Guides/staff of Climbworks gatlinburg were awesome. Great with my teen daughters, wife, and even putting up with all mu questions. Would reccomend this for any group visiting the Gatlinburg.

The Zip Lines were amazing and our guides were so much fun and very helpful. We went on 6/29 and had a wonderful time but we my daughter and I got so, horribly sick. I didn’t begin to feel like myself again until 7 days...More

The Mountaintop Zip was fabulous. Little scary at first but by the last zip it's all good. The staff was wonderful and great at putting the jitters to rest. Bottled water was provided on most platforms and the crazy pictures they took made everyone comfortable....More

We did the treetop course this past week. First, there were zero issues with the water on the course. All they offered was bottles water, we had no nurovirus issues. They have implimented the Health Dept. recommendations and have acted like a responsible business should....More

My boys and I had a blast but I guess the hillbillies running the place never clean the water jugs ..... All of us got bad sick when we got home. Had a blast though...make sure you have sick days .... Haha. Bring your own...More

It appears there was E. coli in their well water. Climbworks is now providing bottled water, and doing additional things to correct the issue.

You can purchase there however sometimes they are filled up. Better to call ahead and at least make a reservation to ensure you can do it within your schedule and plans. Children under age of 14 must be accompanied by an... More

Yea but I recommend purchasing them online the spots fill up fast. Yes everyone ride alone.
