Great photos. Great atmosphere early and the Time Out roif top cafe is grest. But beware ice cream van overcharging on cards - gave a single but charged triple. Lesson of always taking a receipt.

Best views of Manhattan we have ever seen. Such a cool area. We walked around for a few hours and enjoyed ourselves. Best part was taking pictures of both the Manhattan Bridge and Brooklyn bridge around sunset.
We felt quite safe, but realize - this place is crowded!

We used the subway from Manhattan which was great. Some great photo opportunities. I would recommend arriving early as it can be busy. I have a YouTube channel @vickisworldtravel & I vlogged my experience & spent 10 days in this wonderful city.

The location is perfect, close to the York St. Even if it was 35°C and a sweater to fall, it seemed that all the tourists had arranged to meet at this precise point. Even the cars will leave you no respite and taking the photo so desired will not be easy. Besides, looking closely at the positions of the photographers next to me, there is plenty to laugh about it 😂 Arm yourself with patience:)
The view is amazing and the little walk in the surroundings sublime. I had already crossed the Brooklyn Bridge last year so I did not dwell on it this year but you can easily spend a beautiful afternoon in this idyllic setting on the East River. Dumbo Park, at the foot of the Manhattan Bridge, is also very pleasant because it also offers a breathtaking panorama of Manhattan in the shade of some trees.
That day (Saturday), I was able to enjoy the flea market before returning to the resort. The walk in the heart of this old industrial district with a rather trendy atmosphere is worth a visit!

Beautiful walk in this neighborhood full of photographic views of Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan Bridge (very famous and seen in some movies). Many shops also of artists. On the banks of the river you will also find the famous Time Out Market (similar to Chelsea Market).

Dumbo is located in Brooklyn where the Manhattan Bridge lands. It is a happening place and offers eating, recreation, and awesome views. The area has excellent restaurants, bars and ice cream places. Time Out is here and inside you will find lots of eating places. Has a rooftop also where u get amazing views. Do visit when you are in Brooklyn.

Pleasant spot between both bridges in Brooklyn. We arrived by metro at Clarke station and the walking distance was short. Very touristy area and so be prepared for the tide of tourists, especially in the market. The views over Manhattan and the river are fabulous. We found some very interesting design object shops. The lines at the best-known restaurants are impressive.

Nice neighbourhood by the river in Brooklyn with many things to see and do. The Time Out market can't be missed as well as Washington Street for the iconic view of Manhattan Bridge. Visit Pebble Beach for views of Manhattan, and the famous carousel in Brooklyn Bridge Park. Definitely worth a visit!

Dumbo is a trendy waterfront neighborhood in Brooklyn. It is known for its iconic Manhattan bridge view, as well as pebble beach and Brooklyn bridge park. It is home to many good restaurants as well as a great view of the NYC skyline. I highly recommend taking a trip to Dumbo.

I'm sure there are healthy options. But all good things can be done in moderation. Enjoy Atrium in Dumbo. The food was fabulous, the general manager was so warm and hospitable.

Where do you have to go to get the great pic down the street towards the bridge please. We are going to New York in 2 weeks and I would love to go there. Thanks

If you walk over the bridge you follow it to your left down some steps then left at the bottom of the steps and keep going straight on you will soon see it

Buona visita!

We plan on being in Manhattan in June. Would like to walk from Manhattan to Dumbo via the Brooklyn Bridge. Looking for other things to do in Manhattan and Brooklyn during the day. We will catch the east river ferry at sunset to 34th St. We are open to any and all things. Thanks Dave and Cindy

There are just so many things to do in Manhattan as a tourist may I suggest that you visit Harlem and go to Sylvia's Restaurant for some nice soul food and a few blocks away is the Schomburg Library

It’s a great way to get there. Enjoy the view! You’ll see the Brooklyn Bridge from tne a Ferry. You’ll dock at the Brooklyn Bridge Pier and you’ll literally have the bridge right in front of you. Di plan on having time to wander around the area- lots to see, and lovely eateries. Great photo ops of the Manhattan skyline too! Enjoy.
