A waterfront trail along the Columbia river on the Vancouver side. It is a pleasant place to walk and watch the boats on the river. There are also restaurants and coffee shops along the way.

This is mostly for pedestrians but most experienced bikers will use the adjacent but separate roadway because of joggers, inattentive walkers with dogs and child bikers. We biked this route many time through spring, summer and fall. The roadway has light travel and there is...More

Beautiful walk next to the Columbia River. Watch the PDX Airplanes pass by or Cargo Ships, Sailboats and other watercraft float by. Enjoy the water and watch for birds. Restaurant are close by for a nice meal while over looking the river.

The trail is a wonderful place to walk with friends and enjoy the beauty of the Columbia River. I regularly train on this trail and have seen bald eagles, herons and many other waterfowl. The river changes in color and flow and makes me feel...More

I haven't explored the trail's entire length, but i love the park area just east of those waterfront restaurants. Benches with scenic views overlook the Columbia River, and you can easily walk down to the shore. It's along the glide path for the huge jetliners...More

We loved this walk so much.....we could have stayed there forever but there was no restroom to be found. This is really something that needs to be addressed because this riverwalk is such a gem.

We had a very enjoyable Saturday afternoon walking the Renaissance Trail after a nice meal at a local restaurant. The views are very nice. Much boating activity on the river. Many aircraft flying over to land at the local airport.

Our own Vancouver river walk trail remains a joy through every season. I never take this local jewel for granted. Great views of the airport, barges, pleasure boats and changing scenery.

It's a nice walk along the river. The views are ok but not great. Maybe there are better sections but the section we were on had you walking along the street. Not good for little kids. The street plus the railroad track nearby did not...More

Beaches is the only one worth going to...see my reviews of the others. McMenamins if you don't mind corporate steakhouse fare.
