Too bad a lot of it has been torn down. We enjoyed the movie. Enjoyed the walk about. It is definitely a must see. Took lots of pictures. Nice gift shop. Friendly helpful staff.

This monument has many ruins and a great deal of history. They have a good video on the history of the fort. The Santa Fe Trail goes around and through the site. Also Route 66 is near this area. Nice site to visit.
