FT Scott is a wonderful example of what is best described as early frontier history. The fort itself is well kept and not what you would expect as a Pre-Civil War post. The staff and volunteers were well versed in the period and well informed...More

If you like history, there is a good bit to learn here. Well laid out and easy to walk through, but you will do quite a bit of walking!
