The Tree Hill Nature Center is under repair, they have several tails that are under repair as well as bridges. But you can still enjoy the wild life and the birds. The goat enclosure is still a favorite.

It wasn't as big as I thought it would be but what was there was very nice. The goat enclosure was amazing with ramps, stairs, and an overhead bridge to take them to the section on the other side of the path. The visitors center...More

At least two of the trails were closed off because of damaged bridges and the gardens were really not gardens at all. I guess it’s ok if you live in the heart of Jacksonville and want to catch a quick walk through nature but it...More

Nice place to walk but not for feeding animals like the website says. I think you they should only charge 2 or 3 dollars for parking.

This is one of our favorite day trips - the grounds are beautiful. Shade tree lined nature path, beautiful native flower plants. The Butterfly Festival is a can't miss. Watching all of the Monarch butterflies is so breathtaking.

The cost is super reasonable! Like next to nothing. While it is not spectacular; it is pleasant, welcoming, family and child friendly and certainly has enough going on that is interesting and entertaining. Consider it a little hidden jewel in Jacksonville that can be enjoyed...More

This place is amazing and unfortunately not enough people have heard about it. Great historical information about our region, nice trails to walk and farm animals. Great way to entertain and teach children and adults alike.
