This area is a beautiful area with lots of great restaurants and high end shops and some antique places. The homes are older but lovely and a nice place to do a drive with your car or take a nice long walk. Do come and...More
What a great place to live! If you aren't living here, then it's still a great place to visit just for a stroll through the shaded parks. A quite welcoming change of pace from the industrial vibe from downtown just several miles North.

It was very much one of the scenic parks there. A very very relaxing place to go sit at & enjoy nature at its finest!!! Has a big fountain near the water & the breeze from it makes it even more pleasurable & not hot!...More
I enjoyed a day tooling around the Riverside historic area. Got my hair cut at Hair Peace, searching for treasures at Southern Crossings Antiques Mall and lunch at Hawkers. Grab your best friend and spend a low-key day in this charming historic area.
There are Bed and Breakfast home on Riverdale ave, near the famous FIVE POINTS, there are lots of different restaurants, my fav is Derby, and lots of unique stores. As a hotel/motel your nearest stay will be downtown.
